How often should our carpet and upholstery be cleaned?
It depends upon the use to
which the item is subjected. Items in the entrance foyer of a busy public building
should be cleaned at least monthly. Items in the spare bedroom of one careful lady
owner might only need doing once in ten years. For more detail, see "Care Tips" page.
How
long does it take to clean, say, a sitting room carpet?
An average sized through room
would take about two hours. Beware of cleaners who offer silly prices. They would
be in and out in an hour or less, leaving the carpet looking patchy.
How should we
deal with spillages, spot, and stain removal?

Can you get rid of an odour?
Sometimes. It depends on what and where is
the source of the odour.
Do you clean curtains?
No. They are probably best done by
a dry cleaning service.
Can you repair a carpet, rug, upholstery, three piece suite,
settee, sofa, chair, cushion?
