What guarantee of satisfaction can your services give us?
Prompt attention to any shortcomings. If the service is still not acceptable to you

Can we have a clear written quotation?
Yes, after I have seen the work to be done. Prices vary according to size, condition, number of floors, amount of items to be moved, and access to premises.

How can we contact you?
By telephoning me on
01485 609223. When I am working, this number is diverted to my mobile telephone, at no extra expense to the caller.

How long will a carpet or upholstery take to dry?   
In the winter, a dirty and stained natural fibre item - usually less than a day. In the summer, a lightly soiled synthetic fibre item - sometimes only an hour.

What about moving fittings and furniture?
I move items that are not too heavy or unstable. It is helpful if you can remove small items from the floor.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for a carpet, rug, upholstery, three piece suite, settee, sofa, chair, cushion?
Yes. They will be left free from residues, including dirt-attracting elements, and dye-releasing alkalis. Most of my solutions are biodegradable.

How can we pay?
By cheque, cash, debit or credit card. Commercial/Institutional clients:- Within thirty five days of invoice.
Domestic clients:-  On satisfactory completion of job and presentation of invoice, which will be receipted. I am not VAT registered, therefore there is no VAT to be added.
